The president
Norzagaray Bank is headed by Cristina Castillo Decena, a succesful businesswoman who earned her first million at the age of 18 in the real estate build and sell business. From then, with her lending company and other businesses, she was able to expotentially grow her company into a multi-million conglomerate. She is TOYM (Ten Outstanding Young Men) Awardee for Business in 2007 and was also given awards for Entrepeneurship and Humanitarian Services in the 26th Annual Excellence Awards and the Outstanding Achiever of the Year Awards by the Asia Pacific Awards Community in 2007. In year 2006, she was also the President of the Bulacan Private School Association of the Philippines.
